FOAM SYSTEMS

Foam-water systems for hydrocarbon and process risk.

Rim-seal, sub-surface and topside foam delivery for tank farms, dyke areas, helidecks and process units. Designed to NFPA 11/16 and IMO MSC.1/Circ.1267.

OVERVIEW

Suppression by oxygen exclusion

Foam blankets a burning hydrocarbon surface, separating fuel from oxygen and cooling the substrate. Hawk Marine designs and supplies the full chain — concentrate, proportioner, delivery network, monitors and nozzles — to NFPA 11/16 and the project HAZOP.

AFFF, AR-AFFF, fluorine-free

Concentrate selection sized to fuel type and AHJ position on PFAS regulation.

Rim-seal and sub-surface

Tank-farm foam delivery configured to API 650/620 storage tank construction and rim type.

Foam-water deluge

Process-unit and helideck protection with monitor- or nozzle-based application.
