Pressure does the work
High-pressure water-mist atomises water to droplets below 50 µm, delivered through stainless tubing at 80–200 bar. Fine droplets vapourise on contact with the flame, absorbing massive amounts of heat per litre and displacing oxygen with steam. The result is faster knock-down and a fraction of the water volume of conventional systems — critical for marine, generator-enclosure and sensitive-space applications. Hawk Marine specifies, supplies and commissions HP water-mist exclusively.

Stainless tubing distribution; specialised pump units and accumulator banks; <50 µm droplets at the nozzle for maximum heat absorption.
Marine machinery-space approved
IMO MSC.1/Circ.1165 and class-society approved — ABS, DNV, BV and Lloyd’s witness-tested for use in machinery and accommodation spaces.

Total-flooding for sealed enclosures; local-application for open hazards such as generator skids and turbine packages.
